What we collect

When you request a quote or order documents, we collect what you give us: your business name, ABN and address, the names and contact details of the people you list, details of the job and site, and any files you upload, such as your logo, licences or insurance certificates.

Why we collect it

To quote, prepare your documents, invoice you and keep a record of the job. We do not sell your information or use it for anyone else’s marketing.

Where it is kept

Our forms run on Tally, our files and email on Google, and card payments are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number. Some of these services store data outside Australia.

How long we keep it

We keep job records for at least 7 years, as our Terms of Engagement say, because questions about a document can come up long after a job has finished.

Emails from us

If we contact you about our services and you would rather we did not, reply “no thanks” and we will not contact you again.
